2. Install PDFCreator into the computer.
3. Open office files made into pdf format
4. Click File, Print (or Office Button, Print for Office 2007 / 2010)
5. Setting the printer options so PDFCreator (to provide a setting size of paper when printing click Properties) and then click Ok
6. Click Save and then assign a file name and specify the folder where the pdf file that you created and then click Save
7. Completed
