The Secret Edit Pdf Files Using Openoffice

There may be times when for some reason you want to make changes to the PDF file you have or you get (ntah it from where). The problem is how to do that? If you search on the internet, you will find some software that has a special function like that. But, the average paid software. If you are not willing to pay a dime, but still want to keep respect copyright by not hijacking software, OpenOffice could be an alternative solution.

For users of OpenOffice, does not actually need any additional software if you want to do editing on a PDF file. Here are the steps you can follow.

    1. If you do not already have OpenOffice please install it first. OpenOffice can be downloaded for free from http://www.openoffice.org


 
    2. Download Sun PDF Import Extension. Please choose in accordance with the Operating System you use. The file is also available for download on this website, whether it is for versions of Linux and Windows versions.

        Run OpenOffice and select the menu Tools -> Extension Manager ...


 
    3. Click the Add button and select the file Sun PDF Import Extension previously downloaded.

 
    4. Next live to import of PDF documents that we have through the menu File -> Open ..

 
    5. After editing you can either re-export the document into PDF format through the File menu -> Export as PDF ..
