How to Improve Monitor Performance

The computer monitor is the most important part to display the initial output before the results of our work is printed on paper. The monitor is also very vital in terms of the media editor for our work. Without the monitor we would not be able to enjoy various multimedia features services in the form of images from the Internet or from the computer itself.

A good performance will certainly add more value for our monitor. To improve performance we can monitor the performance of engineering monitor settings through the facilities of the System Properties Refresh Rate our windows operating system.

Refresh rate has a function to display the number of images that appear on every second. If the higher value the better, but this feature is highly dependent on the ability to monitor itself. The better a higher refresh rate monitor that can be operated.

To perform a refresh rate in Windows XP can be done in the following way:

  1.      Right click on the desktop computer and select properties
  2.      Click the settings tab and then click the advanced menu
  3.      In the box that appears click the monitor tab
  4.      On the monitor settings, change the value on the screen refresh rate to be higher, say to 75 Hertz or 85 Hertz. Then click OK
