Apple Will Announce Super Fast Connection?

Apple had the advantage as the technology vendors who can introduce new standardsadopted without waiting for the movement of industry. Look at how they adopt a micro-SIM on the iPhone 4 and IPAD.

In the near future, Apple will reportedly announce a super fast connection technologyadoption.

Technology, reportedly, is Intel's Peak Light developed since the past few years. Peak Light is a versatile style USB connector, but with much higher speed: 10 Gbps.

What are its uses? LightPeak will be a plug that can connect a variety of protocols: fromUSB, FireWire, HDMI, DisplayPort, PCI Express and others.



In the demo, held various Intel, Light Peak using a base of fiber optic cable. But for this first version, reportedly Light Peak will use copper.

Apple is also expected not want to take the name of Light Peak for these technologies.Naturally, anyway Light Peak only from Intel's code name during development - such asSandy Bridge, Gulftown and others.

Not yet known whether this new technology will be introduced along with the latest line ofMacBook Pro. Apple is believed will introduce brand-new MacBook Pro about February 24, 2011.
